Taking the guided tour
Use Kinovo’s guided tour to explore a realistic, frozen demo workspace for your role without changing your account or any real care-team data.

Where to find it
- Choose Start tour from the first-run prompt on the dashboard.
- Open the account menu, then Help and getting started.
- From the Help drawer, start, resume or restart See your Kinovo view.
What the tour shows
The tour opens a seeded demonstration care team and moves through the main pages for your role. Personal users see the care-team workspace, professionals see their cross-client and client-specific workflow, and Team leaders see the additional coordination and access responsibilities relevant to them.
Each step explains the page or highlighted area. The Next button moves to the next relevant page automatically.
The demo is separate and read-only
- Your real signed-in identity and session remain in place.
- Tour content comes from a frozen seeded demo persona and workspace matched to your role.
- The demo workspace is protected as read-only in the interface and in server-side mutation checks.
- Your real care-team data is not presented as tour content.
Look around without making changes
The tour is designed for learning, not practice data entry. Clicks and form submissions outside the tour controls are blocked, and the demo workspace cannot be changed.
Use the tour controls
- Next moves to the following step and, where needed, opens the correct page automatically.
- Back returns to the previous step. On the first step it leaves the tour.
- Restart tour returns to the first step.
- Close exits immediately and returns to your own dashboard.
- Your current step is saved so you can resume later.
Leaving the tour
Finishing the last step saves completion and returns you to your own dashboard. Closing the walkthrough, choosing Skip for now on the first step, pressing Escape, using browser back or forward, or refreshing during the tour also leaves the demo and returns you to your signed-in account.
If you dismiss the first-run prompt, you can still start or resume the tour later from Help and getting started.
Resume or restart
The Help drawer shows whether the tour is not started, saved at a step or completed. Choose Resume tour to continue from the saved step. Choose Restart from beginning to reset the tour to step one. A completed tour can also be restarted.
Guided tour versus page guide
The guided tour is the role-based journey through the frozen demo workspace. A page guide explains controls on the real page you are currently viewing. Page guides do not switch you into the demo and do not perform actions for you.
Still need help?
Tell Kinovo support what you were trying to do, which page you were on and what happened. Do not include sensitive care information unless support specifically asks for it through an approved channel.
